Companies team for technologies
NAPERVILLE, Ill., Dec. 30 (UPI) -- Tellabs of Naperville, Ill., said Thursday it acquired Vinci Systems in Vienna, Va.
Vinci is a privately held developer of optical networking terminals.
Under the terms of the deal, Tellabs will pay up to $52.5 million in cash and restricted Tellabs stock for Vinci.
Tellabs delivers technology for the communications industry.
