Inergy buys Moulton Gas Service

KANSAS CITY, Mo., Dec. 1 (UPI) -- Inergy of Kansas City, Mo., said Wednesday it has acquired the assets of Moulton Gas Service of Wapakoneta, Ohio.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Moulton Gas delivers approximately 21 million gallons of retail propane to 23,000 customers from 4 retail locations and 11 satellite plants in Ohio.

Inergy's operations include the retail marketing, sale and distribution of propane to residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural customers.
