NEW YORK, Sept. 10 (UPI) -- Michael Dell, chairman and founder of Dell Computer, is still No. 1 on Fortune Magazine's latest 40 under 40 list -- the 40 richest Americans under age 40.

Dell, with wealth of $17.95 billion, has been at the top since the list started in 1999, but this will be the last time. He's 39 years old.

Pierre Omidyaar, 37, chairman and founder of eBay, is second at $10.05 billion.

One-fourth of the list is made up of athletes and entertainers.

Among the athletes listed are golfer Tiger Woods, worth $295 million, basketball star Shaquille O'Neal, $222 million, and tennis ace Andre Agassi, $162 million.

Eight singers and actors made the list, including Sean Combs (P. Diddy), $315 million, Shawn Carter (Jay-Z) $286 million and Jennifer Lopez, $255 million.
