GM to recall 231,000 vehicles with fire hazard
LOS ANGELES, June 8 (UPI) -- KB Home of California said Tuesday it acquired Indianapolis-based Dura Builders Inc.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
KB is one of the nation's largest homebuilders. Dura Builders is a privately held homebuilder and delivered approximately 500 homes in 2003 generating just over $75 million in revenue.
