Hill-Rom recalls rocking chairs

BATESVILLE, Ind., Dec. 16 (UPI) -- An Indiana firm Hill-Rom -- a Hillenbrand Industry -- announced Tuesday it is recalling 2,700 rocking chairs for fear they could collapse, causing injury.

Hill-Rom said it received 40 reports of the collapse of rocking chairs, including two reports of consumers suffering bumps and bruises.

The wooden rocking chairs were sold in two styles, a contemporary model (PI155131) and a more traditional model (P155132

The rocking chairs were sold at hospitals and other similar institutions between January 1997 and May 2003.
