US can't shrug off deflation possibility

WASHINGTON, March 25 (UPI) -- The U.S. economy continues to sputter as the war against Iraq intensifies, and some economists suggested Tuesday the Fed may cut rates to jump-start growth. Further rate cuts are possible, especially with inflation being under control
