Ford chairman rebuilding dealer trust

DETROIT, Feb. 3 (UPI) -- Ford Motor Co. chief William Clay Ford apologized to dealers for trying to impose business policy on them. Ford told the National Automotive Dealers Association convention this weekend in San Francisco he was sorry for alienating the automaker's 4,500 dealers.
