Turkey warns Israel over airspace violations

CHICAGO, Dec. 4 (UPI) -- United Airlines Wednesday faced an $805,000 federal fine to complicate its already precarious financial situation as it works to trim labor costs and secure federal government loan guarantees. The Federal Aviation Administration cited the nation's second-largest carrier for operating three improperly maintained Boeing 757s.
