NEW YORK, Nov. 26 (UPI) -- The Conference Board said on Tuesday that consumer confidence rebounded in November after a five-month slide, improving the outlook for holiday shopping. The private research group said its index rose by 4.5 percentage points to 84.1, vs. Wall Street expectations of 86.5.
