WASHINGTON, April 12 (UPI) -- Freddie Mac on Friday said long-term mortgage rates fell to their lowest level in four weeks amid a growing belief the Federal Reserve will not hike interest rates at its May meeting. Freddie Mac said the average rate on the 30-year loan to homebuyers fell to 6.99 percent from 7.13 percent last week.
