Ford Focus flaws investigated

DEARBORN, Mich., April 2 (UPI) -- The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is investigating four separate safety defects involving air bags, wheel bearings and engine fires in 2000 and 2001 model Ford Focus subcompacts. Two car fires and 16 burn injuries have been reported to the federal agency.
