1985 Year in Review

American adventurers reached out into the depths of the sea during 1985 and came up with treasure, part of that treasure, pictures of the sunken liner Titanic, finally located after 73 years, and the first of hundreds of millions of dollars in treasure from a Spanish galleon off the coast of Key West that went down in a hurricane in 1622.

1985 was also the year that two American traditions died. One announcement came from Montgomery Ward …
