RIO DE JANEIRO, June 20 (UPI) -- Reversing public-transit fare hikes failed to defuse Brazil's anti-government protests, with organizers vowing to hold the biggest demonstrations yet Thursday.
A Pakistani election-monitoring group has backpedalled on some claims it made of voting irregularities in the aftermath of the country's May 11 elections.
