WASHINGTON, May 20 (UPI) -- President Obama will address the U.S. secret drone program's legality and his pledge to shut the Guantanamo Bay detention camp, a White House official said.
Pakistani women were often blocked from voting in recent elections, but many were compelled to vote, usually for their husband's or father's candidate.
